I have famous friends
So my friend Rosa is a yoga teacher who lives in Harlem. And last week, someone came to her class and then wrote about it, because she is awesome. You should read it.
In the article, she’s referred to as CJ, which is apparently her New York name. Sort of like her superhero name, but just for a geographical location rather than a secret identity. But maybe she could fight crime in her yoga pants?
Also, she tried to teach Laura, Dan and I yoga in NOLA, and….it didn’t work out, but I’m hoping we can convince her to teach us over Skype. Wut, you don’t do Skype yoga? It’s the newest thing. Very hip.

Back in January she gave me a class. Good combination of guidance and pushing. I have a feeling if I took her class regularly that I would be a yoga machine.
i remember feeling very at peace and centered while watching rosa instruct dan in yoga in our hotel room. as i sat on the bed and ate cheeto puffs.
